Dr. Lecia A. M. Ndiaye (Brown) is the Founder of LAMB Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing health, youth empowerment, and community development in communities across Jamaica, the Caribbean and Africa.

A visionary leader and woman of faith, Lecia established the foundation to bridge gaps in healthcare access, expand educational opportunities, and build sustainable support systems for families and communities. With a background in global clinical research and strategic leadership, she brings both expertise and compassion to every initiative.

Under her leadership, LAMB Foundation has mobilized medical supplies, supported health facilities, launched scholarship programs, and partnered with local and international organizations to create lasting impact.
