Lotoya Simpson-Annon

Lotoya Simpson is a Human Resources professional based in Jamaica, currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at the Auditor General’s Department, Jamaica. Since joining the department in November 2021, she has supported onboarding and key HR functions, contributing to organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

With several years of experience in human resources, Lotoya previously served as a Human Resource Officer at May Pen Hospital, where she strengthened her expertise in onboarding and personnel administration.

Lotoya holds an Associate’s degree in Management Information Systems from Excelsior Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Heart Trust NSTA. Her professional focus centers on onboarding and human resource operations, bringing structure, professionalism, and people-centered support to every organization she serves.
